I need to arrange flights for a number of people. Are there any discounts on multiple bookings?
Yes, although our prices are already discounted you can achieve extra savings on bulk bookings.
I only need to book the outbound/return flight with The Travel Executives since I am using an alternative method of transport in the other direction. Is this possible?
Definitely, we specialise in one way discounted First and Business fares.
I do not have a British or American passport – can I still book flights with the Travel Executives even though your offices are based in London and New York?
Correct, we sell international tickets starting from anywhere in the world. It is up to you to make sure you have the correct travel Visa and up to date passport.
Can I book economy airline tickets with The Travel Executive?
Unfortunately not, we only sell Business and First Class.
If I need to cancel a flight booked with The Travel Executives, what are the terms and conditions relating to refunds?
When booking a ticket, the Travel Consultant at The Travel Executives will explain the terms of the ticket. Generally speaking we do not offer refunds but you might be able to change the date and time of the tickets subject to a fee.
Can I change the name / date on a ticket I have already purchased through The Travel Executives?
It is sometimes possible to change the name and date on a ticket, the Travel Consultant will explain the terms of the ticket at the point of sale. There is a fee for making changes.
Can I specify a preferred airline on which to travel?
Of course, if we do not have availability on that Airline we might suggest another alternative.
Do you have flexible payment options?
We accept all major Credit Cards.
Can you arrange charter flights?
We can arrange Private Jet charter, please enquire for more details.
Can I use my own air miles to further discount my flight booked with you?
Yes, please let the Travel Consultant know what airmiles or reward points you have and we will be happy to advise.
Can I claim air miles on the flights booked with you?
Generally speaking yes, please let the travel consultant know you would like to claim air miles on your flight.
Can I contribute my own American Express points to create further discounts?
Yes, please let the Travel Consultant know at the time of booking and we will be happy to advise.
Can I use American Express Points or air miles belonging to another family member towards my ticket?
Yes, please let the Travel Consultant know at the time of booking and we will be happy to advise.
Are there any dates exempt from your discounted deals?
No, however during certain busy seasons such at Christmas and New Years availability for discounted fares will be harder to find
How much cheaper are you than other companies.
We aim to offer discounts of anywhere between 40-60% and upwards off published fares.
Do I get the same advantages as a customer who did not buy a discounted ticket – eg. Use of the airline lounges at the airports?
Definitely, the only thing that’s discounted about the tickets are the air fares.
